1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Hands-On AI Product Immersion website and registering for the program, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Camp Fires LLC ("Camp Fires," "we," "us," or "our"), operating in collaboration with Capicua Digital Studio ("Capicua"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or register for the program.

2. Program Description

The Hands-On AI Product Immersion is a 3-day intensive program taking place May 18–20, 2026, in San Francisco, California. The program includes workshops, sessions, and networking opportunities at various venues across the city. Camp Fires and Capicua reserve the right to modify the program schedule, speakers, venues, or content at any time without prior notice.

3. Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Application Process

Registration for the Hands-On AI Product Immersion program is by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Camp Fires reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

3.2 Eligibility

The program is designed for professionals, product leaders, and executives. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Program Fees

The program fee and payment terms will be communicated to accepted participants. Full payment is required to confirm your enrollment. Program fees cover workshop access, materials, and specified meals during the program.

4.2 What's Included

Program fees include access to all scheduled workshops and sessions, program materials, networking events during the program, and specified meals as outlined in the program schedule. Fees do not include travel, accommodation, or any other personal expenses.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund, less a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the program are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the program start date are non-refundable. Camp Fires reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program, in which case a full refund will be provided. Substitutions (sending an alternate participant from your organization) may be permitted with prior written approval.

5. Participant Conduct

By participating in the Hands-On AI Product Immersion, you agree to:

  • Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward all participants, speakers, organizers, and venue staff.
  • Comply with all venue rules, health and safety protocols, and instructions from program organizers.
  • Refrain from any conduct that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to other participants or the program experience.
  • Not record, photograph, or distribute any proprietary content, workshop materials, or presentations without prior written consent from Camp Fires and the relevant speaker or host.

Camp Fires reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Program Materials

All program materials, content, presentations, templates, frameworks, and resources provided during the Hands-On AI Product Immersion are the intellectual property of Camp Fires, Capicua, or their respective speakers and partners. Participants may use these materials for their own professional development but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without prior written consent.

6.2 Participant Work

Any work you create during the program (prototypes, strategies, frameworks) remains your intellectual property. However, Camp Fires and Capicua may reference anonymized examples of participant work for promotional, educational, or case-study purposes.

6.3 Website Content

All content on the Hands-On AI Product Immersion website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Camp Fires or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Photography and Media

By attending the Hands-On AI Product Immersion, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during program activities. Camp Fires and Capicua may use such images, video, or recordings for marketing, promotional, social media, and educational purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify the organizers in writing at hello@campfiresv.com before the start of the program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camp Fires LLC and Capicua Digital Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Hands-On AI Product Immersion program or your use of this website, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for program registration.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Hands-On AI Product Immersion program and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Camp Fires makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the program or website, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes from participation in the program.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp Fires LLC, Capicua Digital Studio, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the program, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Force Majeure

Camp Fires shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, or disruptions to transportation or telecommunications. In such cases, Camp Fires will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the program or offer alternative arrangements.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Hands-On AI Product Immersion program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees.

13. Modifications

Camp Fires reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or participation in the program after modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
