Why This Exists

Most teams are experimenting
with AI individually.

But they need to learn how to build together. As a team, with AI. That's what this hands-on AI immersion is for.

1

Reading about AI isn't the same as building with it. Cut through the hype, see what's real and what's not, and get hands-on experience with real tools, real constraints, and real feedback loops.

2

This hands-on immersion helps teams turn ideas into working business-ready prototypes, integrate AI into real product workflows, and learn directly from the ecosystem building the future.

3

Every month you spend figuring it out alone is budget burned and momentum lost. Learn directly from the people building AI and leave with $5K+ in tools and credits to keep going with confidence.

The Promise

What you walk away with.

Arrive with a business challenge. Leave with everything you need to move forward using AI.

AI-Enabled Business-Ready Prototype

A working, tangible product built with AI tools during the immersion. Not a wireframe. A functional prototype.

Clearer Product Direction

A sharper understanding of where your product should go next, grounded in hands-on building and expert feedback.

A Workflow for Building with AI

Practical, repeatable methods your team can use from day one back at the office.

Ecosystem Access + $5,000 in Tools

Direct access to the people and companies shaping AI. Plus over $5,000 in subscriptions, credits, and tokens from our ecosystem partners to keep building after you leave.

Program Structure

Three phases. Preparation to production.

Everything is designed so you arrive ready to build, not to figure out what you're building.

Phase 1
Pre-Work
Two remote sessions before arrival. To frame the business challenge and prepare to build with AI.
Phase 2
3-Day Immersion
Design, build, refine, and present. Visit leading AI companies, hear how they build, and ask anything. Hands-on product work with Capicua's team in San Francisco.
Phase 3
Launch Ready
Leave with $5K+ in AI tools and credits, a follow-up session with your team, and everything you need to implement right away.

The Real Cost

What happens when you
keep figuring it out alone?

Every quarter without a clear AI strategy is time, budget, and competitive edge you don't get back.

Without this immersion

  • 6–12 months of scattered experiments with no clear direction
  • $20K–$50K+ spent on tools your team never fully adopts
  • 2–3 quarters lost while competitors ship AI-powered products
  • 100+ hours of internal meetings debating what's hype vs. what's real
  • $0 return on AI investment without a clear roadmap to follow

After three days in San Francisco

  • A business-ready prototype your team built together
  • $5K+ in AI tools and credits to keep building
  • Direct relationships with the companies shaping AI
  • A clear product roadmap grounded in what actually works
  • Follow-up support so you can implement right away

Build the future.
Don't just talk about it.

Three days in San Francisco. One working prototype. A team that knows how to build with AI.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need to be technical to participate? +
No. This program is designed for product leaders, founders, and executives, not engineers. You'll work alongside Capicua's product and engineering team, who handle the technical heavy lifting while you focus on strategy, decisions, and direction.
What should I bring? +
A business opportunity or product idea you want to explore with AI. You'll define and sharpen it in the pre-work sessions before arriving in San Francisco.
What's included in the price? +
All workshop sessions, curated company visits, fireside chats, daily meals (lunch and closing dinner), the closing networking event, and over $5,000 in subscriptions, API credits, and platform tokens from our ecosystem partners. Travel and accommodation are not included.
How many people attend? +
The immersion is intentionally small, limited to ensure everyone gets hands-on attention from Capicua's team and meaningful access during ecosystem visits.
Can I send a team? +
Yes. In fact, teams of 2–3 from the same company often get the most value, since they can continue building together after the immersion.
What happens after the 3 days? +
You leave with a working prototype, a clear product direction, and a repeatable AI workflow. Many participants continue developing what they built during the immersion.
